@BSNL_BR Since past 9 months we are already contacting them. When all our tries have resulted in nil output then matter has been escalated here. If possible please provide us any contact details or escalate the issue

@BSNLCorporate A complaint made to BSNL Bhagalpur on 20.02.2020 for refund of amount due to non usage of services on account of phone line dead is still pending for resolution. GM Bhagalpur and CGM office at Patna also consulted but no response yet.
