Qn. for all merchants who use @Hermesparcels - do YOU get to see name/ID/contact for the subcontracted couriers that actually do the work? Customers don't, and their corp HQ won't connect us directly. Hence my local courier was able to just steal my stuff. & waste 3 days for me.
