I'm not certain if I'm leaving but I know a lot of the people I maintain this account to hear from are, but I am now on Bluesky so if for some reason you miss the random shit I post you can find it there
@Chris_Davis66 @TheXPhobic @Ms_Blapo@DreamLeaf5 So then not all people with XX chromosomes are female
Which circles back to this: define 'female' in such a way that includes everyone who is female and excludes everyone who is not
@Chris_Davis66 @TheXPhobic @Ms_Blapo@DreamLeaf5 Lots of men also don't have functional testes, how do you consider them men?
You do understand where this goes right? You can't define either term in such a way that would include every man or every woman and exclude everyone who isn't. Hence why sex is a bi*modal* distribution.
@Chris_Davis66 @TheXPhobic @Ms_Blapo@DreamLeaf5 So then you would have to cede that those females had testicular tissue then? And thus cede the broader point that that is something women can have?
@TheXPhobic @Ms_Blapo@Chris_Davis66@DreamLeaf5 Words change over time. Vehicle comes from the Latin 'vehere' meaning 'to carry'. Obviously within the context of modern society it means something different.
Similarly, gender norms differ in different places. You don't see many women in America doing that, trans or not.
