But there's dark patches due to many lights off on the same road. And many roads are still dark in Kharadi-like this major road right in b/w Eon & WTC. Street lights are already installed - u only have to get them on! @PMCPune

This busy road (& most others in this area) located in the prime locality of Kharadi, right in front of huge IT Parks like WTC & EON, never has street lights on. I live & work in this area & feel cheated to pay my property tax! Can't I expect something as basic as this? @PMCPune
