@claw1211 He was the most banned champion for a number of reasons for a number of YEARS straight.
Whether it was he was overpowered, or because people were sick of him, it didn't matter. People did NOT want him in their games.

It has dropped because there are other, worse problems now.

@claw1211 They gave him the crit synergies because without them he would have been, and had at some points, been building triforce + mallet + phantom dancer.

Nobody could duel him. Nobody could get away from him. He is pigeonholed where he is because if he wasn't he'd be even worse.

He can stay a figure in the lore, fine. I don't care as long as I don't have to look at him in game.

His play style at its core is degenerate by breaking too many rules, and nerfs do not fix that.
