A habit of my mother's that I emulated growing up - she will never blow out the mandir diya or agarbatti with her mouth. She waves her hand to extinguish them. I really like such small rituals that are big expressions of our reverence. Have u noticed such habits in people?

I see a lot of cleaning staff on roads and in offices, recording their work on mobile as a proof, using sweeping or spraying machines and so on. Trust deficit or better use of technology to utilize manpower optimally? What do you say.
