The fried Oyster Po Boy hit or miss- very tasty, but light on oysters.

@REVERSAL7x What Europeans don't understand it- waitresses/waiters don't WANT to do away with tipping. They can deduct up to $25k, and the better they are, the higher tips.

Having been all over Europe, your customer services pales in comparison to it over here. No incentive to be better.
