On Monday, Air France lost our bag of critical medical supplies in Paris. Our member of staff had now run out of their medicines. Please resolve this NOW. All other attempts to contact have failed. Please help.

You lost our luggage inside CDG (Monday). We are now in Cameroon without our medicines. No updates, no assistance, your "track baggage" website does not work. No one owns the problem. How the hell do we get the luggage back?!?
