why take consumers $ knowing you guys don’t have enough crew members for each leg @AmericanAir ? Why give consumers the runaround? Why why why? A measly $12 meal voucher can’t fix all the damages you have caused me in the past 24hrs and yet still I’m sitting here with no remedy
Since the plandemic @AmericanAir has single handedly took the top of the Do not fly with them LIST. Been sitting in the airport for 2 days, lost almost 200k in revenue. They caused me stressed out, tired, miserable and has caused serious injuries. What’s their excuse? Short staff
