@_MBService absolutely appalled at the attitude and service from Telford store this last week. Third time to store today and still got items wrong. Wedding on Thursday and they couldn't help. In fact manager hung up on me!! Raging ๐ก๐คฌ
Mentioned this to reception and they offered me a better deal if we were to book with them again direct! Oh I'm sure you would, but we are not local, we travelled 3hrs and your direct price is half as much again than what we paid, and that wasn't cheap!

Just returned from a weekend break at @charltonhouse Really enjoyed the stay, superior room was very nice. Only upset was we had to pay extra to use the spa and half of the facilities were out of order! Very disappointed with that, especially after how much we paid ๐
