@AmericanAir is ridiculous. Gate agents tell passengers to run from B16 to C18 at Charlotte to catch a connecting flight now leaving in 5 minutes. Of course arrive to flight closed to be rebooked 4 hours later without even a we are sorry. Guess I’ll find something to do now.
