Day 2
Despite the cost of living crisis, @SMHR has provided a generous serve of salmon drizzled with a herby pesto.
For dessert, tiramisu was provided to appeal to the sought after Italian-Australian demographic. We thank SMHR for their correspondence on our previous post.
Weβre excited to announce that we at the Snackademics are doing daily coverage for the food offerings at SMHR π£

Rating: ππππ 4/5
Beef, fish, and pasta?! Much like the presentations, there's something for everyone. Roast vegetables and potato's were a nice touch, and bread rolls with butter never go astray for soaking up the delicious saucy remains.
APSAD 2024
Another strong performance by APSAD. The hot meals were substantial, capped off by decadent desserts.
There was an appearance from the humble sausage roll which brought us all back down to earth.
Lisbon Addictions (Portugal)

Conference dinner with stroganoff and salmon put the registration fee to good use (see Figure 3).
Keynote dish: the carrot cake, although cream cheese icing would not have went astray. Consistent dessert game overall.

Keynote dish: the vegan sausage roll wasnβt too bad
ISBRA (Melbourne, Australia)
Food rating: ππ2/5
Reviewer comments: afternoon tea should be more than just apples.
Keynote dish: the rice paper rolls were good but questionable use of cumin.
