I have been trying to reach @Frigidaire for a month. Call center say because of high call volume we are unable to take your call. Trying to resolve an issue for 6 months. Terrible customer service and seems to be questionable product quality. I guess BBB is next stop.
@ramblRramblR@TheTravelCamel No we stayed at the inns. Walked 10-13 miles per day, spent the night, had dinner and breakfast then set out for the next in.
@kejamieson_ I work in a call center. I cannot tell you how often I have to explain kilo does not start with a “Q” and x-ray does not start with an “E” etc. sometimes you have to modify. More people know how to spell queen than Quebec. Sad but true
@bobmuckle I talk to several people a week that cannot use a computer, have no email or cell phone, etc. I just am not sure how you can function in a modern business environment and avoid all forms of communication.
