@JeremyVineOn5 It would probably mean no one would want the job if it pays less than minimum wage. Anyway, most bar staff are paid cash in hand. Anyway, to avoid NI for the employer and NI and tax for the employee in my area so they probably get less than minimum wage cash in hand anyway.
