@lagunaalec @HaysCarlyon Your point, Alec? If Shad decided to get an EVP would you have criticized that decision as well? What if bringing in an EVP would have been the wrong move? There's no way of knowing if ANY decision made is the right move until it plays out, which is the point I'm trying to make.

@HULKSMASHGAMMA @UCF_Jaguar That's not necessarily true. We were one of the first teams to interview Pederson, so if he liked what he saw in this franchise then he may have been holding out to be offered the position. We have no idea what has gone on behind closed doors.
