BREAKING: Trump's lawyers appear so fearful of a Trump indictment in Manhattan that they are now preemptively calling for an investigation into the Manhattan DA's office.

Do you know what type of people usually attack the prosecutors instead of declaring their own innocence? GUILTY PEOPLE!

- In a letter addressed to the commissioner of NYC's Department of Investigation, Joe Tacopina, the attorney representing Trump, alleged that Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg, his predecessor Cyrus Vance, and multiple prosecutors on their team, were engaged in an inquiry driven by political motives.

- Trump's team claims that prosecutors "weaponized" their office, "scouring every aspect of President Trump's personal life and business affairs, going back decades, in the hopes of finding some legal basis — however far-fetched, novel or convoluted — to prosecute him."

HUGE NEWS: The New York state supreme court has approved the massive $2.7 billion Smartmatic defamation lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch and Fox News to proceed.

Fox News is already facing a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion, which has also named Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs, and Rudy Giuliani.

Smartmatic's incredible opening sentences: "The Earth is round. Two plus two equals four. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the 2020 election." And then the complaint proceeds to argue that Fox News deliberately promoted the opposite of that fact and wrongly villainized Smartmatic.
