I've donated $1000 to help clear many of the Monongalia County wish lists.
If you'd like to help West Virginia teachers, I've collected 400 teacher wishlists here. Thank you for your help! https://t.co/NDP5vpHP4t
Last year, when I learned that the Board of Education in my hometown in West Virginia was preventing teachers from sharing wish lists, we started a campaign to change it.
This year, they changed the policy. Your voice matters - especially in local policies!!

Laurie Leshin has led JPL through the fires, funding cuts, and has to deal with tightening DEI rules.
She was the FIRST JPL Director to secure 8 weeks paid leave for parents.
A fierce advocate for science and people.

@thefloridaman 80% of NASA's budget is spent on the private sector. That's how it works. You know how SpaceX brings NASA astronauts to space? Guess who pays them.
A 47% cut to NASA Science.
This could mean entire closure of NASA facilities in various states.
This seems to shift NASA's sole focus to human exploration.
But I don't want American flags on the Moon/Mars if it means giving up the rest of the universe.
