Today was officially my last day at UCF.
Thank you to every player, coach, admin, staff member and @Britt__Jan for stopping by the equipment room.
It’s the people that make a place special. A lot of really good people came thru here, I hope I was that for someone.

Over the past week I got to do something I’d never imagined in my life was possible.. With Fox Sports, I was able to attend the sports Emmys.
Although we didn’t win, the entire event was a win and here is a special speech I prepared to share with the world:
First off, I’d like to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my mom, dad, siblings, and nephew; All of my friends and brothers, Robert, Trace, Adam the entire Fox Sports crew; Scott, Rick, Tom, Bruce and Deion Sanders for allowing me to attend the special evening.
As a person with a disability growing up while chasing my dreams, this is something I never could’ve imagined. But through determination and faith, we’re here.
As much as I’d like to say this story is about perseverance, it’s not.
It’s about kindness.
My oldest brother, Roman passed away exactly 7 years ago from the night of the event. He was my biggest motivator. This is dedicated to him.
We all get busy. We get caught up in life’s highs and lows. Sometimes we forget our kindness. We forget our humanity.
But during what seemed like a regular work interaction, Coach Prime didn’t forget.
When he paused his press conference to give me a moment of kindness, it forever changed my life.
He showed me the kind of kindness that could’ve saved my brother.
As someone who requires assistance every single day, and as someone who lives with an increased risk of complications, I know I can’t take life for granted and I can’t take any of you for granted either.
So if I could ask for one thing show one act of kindness.
Call someone, talk to someone and simply tell them, “Thank you for being here.”
Because without kindness, I wouldn’t be here.
Thank you all!
As someone who called @UCF_Baseball games during regional- major props to Auburn fans. Amazing environment, great stadium. Electric from start to finish. Staff were wonderful hosts. Love NCAA bb tournament but you can’t match the on campus atmosphere baseball regionals offer.
