The burst is literally only useful if you're running a Hex team. The rest of her kit is like 'better Bennett'. She brings Varka up to at least Skirk/Mavuika C0 levels of dps, and is looking to be BiS for Sandrone with the new stellar superconduct mechanics.

Hope this helps. She's also a massive buff for anyone who mains older units.
