Talking all things Tottenham Hotspur

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

@fullback03 We were really good for 40 minutes. Offensively we’re cursed just now. Getting no breaks either… pen? Bad Robbo clearance, scuffed shot for 1st goal. Poor defensively for second and a worldly for 3rd. It’ll come.

Whatever RDZ is trying to do isn’t working #liverpoolvspurs #spurs #totrenhamhotspur

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

@GeorgeRSimms Slow news day clearly

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

Jeez. We’ve had a brilliant window and Tosin is probably slightly more suited to RDZ than Danso and Mudryk is another. What an extraordinary negative reaction to today’s events. #spurs #tottenham #transferdeadlineday

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

Jeez, both Fulham and Chelsea look miles ahead of us right now

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

What I will say is that if the season starts a month from now that result doesn’t happen. Spurs still miles off it. #coys #brentfordvspurs #tottenham

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

@Ruxiiii4 I agree. But that was awful

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

@JimOhSoSpurs That was as bad anything we’ve seen in the last two years

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

That was as bad as anything Ange, Frank or Tudor served up over the last three years. Utterly sole destroying. #spurs #coys #brentfordvspurs

[The Spurs Brief @TheSpursBrief]

@themichaelowen Spend what you can protects the interests of everyone associated with every club. 85p out of every £1 generated sounds fair to me.

Scottish Clubs in Europe Episode 1,000

There is an absolute necessity within this country to start appointing coaching that have a way of developing a "Style of Play" and use the players at our disposal to stop the embarrassment.

Sturm Graz 4-0 win over Hearts is just another, in a long line, of humiliations in Europe from countries that are ahead of us and going to just keep pulling away if we don't get away from this "Direct", "Channel" & "2nd Ball" football we seem determined to stick with:
- Celtic KO'd by Kairat in Champions League
- Rangers won 1 of 8 in Europa League
- Aberdeen 0 wins from 6 in Conference League
- Hibs & Dundee Utd made decent efforts but ultimately failed

All this added into the Scottish National Team performance at the World Cup, one of the worst nations, based on almost every important metric...

The lack of "Ball-Playing" sides that try to control games & be attacking in this country but instead want to destroy and defend means when we faced countries that control the ball, at International level & Europe... we fail

We Need Change, Big Change!
