If I'm CONSTANTLY reporting issues, and your only solution is "turn it on and off or get a technician" maybe fix the actual problem (THE MAIN LINE) for once.

Doesn't help that they are actively awful, because they are the only real competitor in the area. So of course they are charging an arm and a leg, even when their company can't do a simple thing right. And then they don't offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
