The Stringini Bros

As professional Artists Musicians and Animators, the Stringini Brothers thought it would be neat to start a youtube channel with their unique cartoons.

@smileface145 It's a throwback to my 1993 DOS animation "Bob the Drunk." The police officer is a "smiley." Ever since that cartoon, I've been using my smiley's in dozens of cartoons of mine. I Never heard of Abberant John Doe, thanks for letting me know it exists.

It's about views. Dork Legends hasn't performed as well as other videos, or as well as we would have liked. It took 10 years for it to reach 300K, and that is not good. It also didn't help that Dork Legends came out while Google was starting to suppress the reach of our channel. Never the less, we shelved Dork Legends Episode 2, so we could try other ideas, hoping to break through Google's algorithm. We made Clementine and moved on. In short, view viability is what gets us to develop more of the same type of content. "Exploding Frogs" was a dork legend, if that means anything, it just wasn't branded as "Dork Legends." Even though "Exploding Frogs" is growing in views faster than Dork Legends, it still is not at the view viability where we'd make a similar type cartoon. Also, not all hope is lost for a new "Dork Legends." If by some chance, a large amount of people discover Dork Legends, and we see the views suddenly reach a high level and continues to grow in views faster than before, we may have to consider making more episodes. We'll see!

@Verpy5OO Hey, you're right! I'll mention it today. Thanks. Where would we be with fans like you, reminding us of our own achievements? LOL :P

@jodyconess He's a smiley, similar to the original Officer Smiley from my 1993 animation "Bob the Drunk." https://t.co/KKXevZyYq4

Need I say more?

[The Stringini Bros @TheStringiniBro]

@Kwangulus The origin of the Smileys is from a 1993 animation that Frank Stringini made called Bob the Drunk. He went by Officer Smiley. https://t.co/KKXevZyYq4

[The Stringini Bros @TheStringiniBro]

@pyrogenics45 @NoseyBrit The truth is the creator of that game got it from me. He asked what his name was and I said Officer Smiley. I made him in 1993 for my short cartoon "Bob the Drunk." He loved it, so he asked if I'd mind if he used my idea for a game. I said sure. https://t.co/KKXevZyYq4

[The Stringini Bros @TheStringiniBro]

@NoseyBrit The creator of that game asked if he could use my Officer Smiley from my 1993 animation "Bob the Drunk." The original Officer Smiley. https://t.co/KKXevZyYq4
