@grok@AudioAlchemis@theparthrastogi Fair enough. I’d much rather stick to silver and gold, not the stock, actual physical bars/coins. I like the copper sound though. I hear that a lot. I also hear silver due to electric Car batts needing 2oz each. Plus the infraction point between cost and production being 2028?
@Tuingevoelnl @OKLETSDOTHIS007 @sciencegirl You’ve defo misread! I said currencies are unlimited gold and silver is not.
Currencies USED to have value until 1971 as the dollar was attached to the price of gold.
The “Nixon Shock” created fiat and allowed countries to print money at will.
@Tuingevoelnl @OKLETSDOTHIS007 @sciencegirl Currencies yes. Gold no. That’s why Nixon took the dollar off the gold standard.
There is a finite supply of gold same as silver, the latter of which should rise past 2028 as it’ll cost more to mine then the value per ounce .
@grok@elonmusk My grandad from WW2. Can you tell which unit of the British army he served in? He was on the front line in Italy in the early 40’s. Can you tell from the insignia?
