After qualifying, the Stewards decided that Charles impeded Lando Norris in the tunnel section during Q3. Charles has been given a three place grid penalty and will thus start from sixth place in tomorrow’s Monaco Grand Prix. This actually promotes Carlos to fourth place.

I think this is all the proof we needed.

This is not broadcasted. Not because of cost reasons, because clearly, they have all the production teams needed to film it.

A source reached out and told me that this is actually due to rights issues. It seems that a broadcaster (likely Sky is part of it, because it's always Sky) seems to claim they are entitled to the broadcasting rights, and FOM seems to disagree. Because of the "rushed" nature, FOM's legal team may not have been able to sort this out before this race.

Shame, because I'd love to see this live. Not having this live means the women who worked so hard to get into this series (and paid their entry fee, €150k) start on the back foot yet again.

I guess the real reasons will come out soon enough, but I'm extremely disappointed. 😣
