Anyone looking for some 1099 work? I need someone who knows Tenable backwards and Forwards. It's a small job, but will get you some hours and extra $$. I'm looking for someone with real world experience, not a jr person please.
*Stay tuned, because I have some Jr. Pos coming.
@FFbreakingNewss @Rebels_Raiders@apokluda14@AskCoachKev I have over 400+ clients that I help with nutrition and exercise - I’ve heard it all. This is nothing new, but it never fails to amaze me 😂
@Rebels_Raiders@apokluda14 @FFbreakingNewss @AskCoachKev TDEE - the amount of calories OUT per day. TEF is part of TDEE. Protein has a higher TEF, meaning the OUT part of your “calories in vs calories out” is increased with a high protein diet. You refuse to a-knowledge this fact.
@Rebels_Raiders@apokluda14 @FFbreakingNewss @AskCoachKev You clearly have no ability to read or analyze research it seems. I’m not going back and forth on anything LOL. The research is VERY clear that WHAT you eat can impact fact loss. I’ve never once argued about a caloric deficit being needed. You just keep repeating that
@Rebels_Raiders @FFbreakingNewss @AskCoachKev IN vs OUT is correct. And your simple stating calories in without considering how that affects the body and ultimately affects calories out. Protein requires MORE ENERGY to digest - that means it’s MORE CALORIES OUT. This is very well documented piece of your TDEE.
@Rebels_Raiders @FFbreakingNewss @AskCoachKev I don’t think anyone is arguing that a caloric deficit is needed. The point is that the nutrients you consume can make the process more or less efficient. That was my point at least
@apokluda14 @FFbreakingNewss @Rebels_Raiders@AskCoachKev I’m addition, your hormones can play a big role in that process and the food you eat can impact your hormones (thyroid for example). Micronutrient deficiencies can cause a host of problems including making fat loss slower/less efficient.
@apokluda14 @FFbreakingNewss @Rebels_Raiders@AskCoachKev There is plenty of research behind the thermic affect of food that says otherwise. For example, protein requires more energy to digest. Therefor you burn more calories eating 20g or protein than you do 20g of simple carbs. Calories is #1 focus but other factors can impact results
