Though this is not the best news or outlook, I was prepared for this. So now I am effectively on Pallative care.

Since my last update April 17th, I have been having severe side effects from the Lenvima starting in July. I was terribly sick and unable to function almost every day. I knew I had bloodwork to see where we are on the higher dose of Lenvima that is at 18mg on July 20th.

If there are no other options such as possible clinical trials or new drugs that become available and I fair well on the lower dose, then the plan is to extend my life as much as possible on the lower dosage while managing the cancer as best as possible.

Offered my wife a choice this afternoon: grill steaks for dinner or sex (yes, it's longer than 5 minutes, more like an hour plus event). There's only time for one or the other. She chose steak. I know where I rank in her priorities.

Iran is banking on Trump pushing for negotiations over strike. If they hold ou until mid-terms, there's a good chance Republicans lose the house and senate. If that happens, then he will be impeached and removed from office. Trump appears to be helping Iran in this effort,
