@MaxKetchum_ actually singles might be a lot better without those moves too idk or make protect not 100% effective on first turn OR have it be a move that doesn't negate all damage but halves it or something

@MaxKetchum_ VGC is so different than a single battle...i got master tier twice in Sword/Shield meta and then never again because it's not my favorite cup of tea. I watch once in a while but i think it would be so much better if protect/detect didn't exist

@PKSparkxx @mslafaver Prime 3 a little more so. But prime 1 and 2 kinda just had wander around and figure out where to go. They never set your objectives and hand hold you to the destination

@PKSparkxx @mslafaver here's my hang up and it's real simple. It's a 3D Zelda game structure and not a metroid one. Go to the dungeon, get the item required to beat the dungeon, beat the dungeon boss, rinse repeat. There wasn't exploration that was required.
