Here's another important lesson I've learnt.

Having a great offer isn't enough.

A good copy can be long or short.

What matters is this:

It moves people to act.

It's much more than posting:

"Come and buy from me."

"Patronize me."

Good copy is built on understanding:

• Human behaviour
• What motivates people to buy
• Your customers' needs and desires

That's where copywriting comes in.

A good copy helps you present your offer in a way that is clear, persuasive, and compelling.

So, what is a copy?

Simply put, a copy is a body of words written to persuade people to take action.

You can have an irresistible offer and still flop.

Why?

Because an offer is only as powerful as the way it's communicated.

If people don't clearly understand your offer,

They'll most likely ignore it.

When the communication fails, the offer fails.

DAY 9: The One Mistake I Wish I Never Made
The aim of this 30 DAYS posting challenge is to share with you what I have learnt so far in my copywriting journey

I know that in some way, and somehow, someone here who would learn from them.

I will give it, not just my best, but all it takes.

Now, I know that there is power in CONSISTENCY.

No dragging. No delay. No excuses.

After 2 years,

I realized how great a progress I would have made if I stayed CONSISTENT,

And how much value I would have brought to many businesses.

Then I decided to awaken the quietly burning passion within me and get up and build.

No community.

No mentor.

I just didn't know how to figure things out.

So, I stopped and focused on other things.

But,

Why did I stop?

I was discouraged. 🙁

Nothing was adding up

Different pressures from here and there.

Tried a few things and it didn't work.

One great mistake I made after I began my copywriting journey was that I stopped building along the way.
