If he would have engaged in a cross complaint it likely would have been something like tortious interference or malicious prosecution.

Of note: the accuser's attorney in the case has been sued for a number of violations including defamation and professional negligence.

Has a history of extortionate tactics.

@cronengod @joe_pezz I wouldn't venture a guess on the morality these two people were relatively close in age and one lied about their age. That one was not Matt Araiza. Further what he was accused of would not have been a crime in most states. Morality is often subjective.
