@MoviesSilently I think it depends on how people became fans of the older movies, and whether they're films they grew up with (and thus view through a nostalgic haze). I'm a gen Xer but I got into old movies in college, so there was always a cultural anthropology angle alongside the affection 😅

Again, I haven't opened or in any way altered this box, and I ordered a NEW item that costs quite a bit and was highly rated that was meant to be a gift for a loved one.

@amazon apparently thinks it's okay to ship furniture in this condition 😖. I haven't opened or altered the box in any way, this is how it was left on my front step. Now they expect me to somehow transport this heavy, heavily damaged box to a UPS location to get a refund.
