@DTDCIndia@DTDCBangalore The shipment was originally scheduled from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore, but somehow it was routed to Ahmedabad. I have now been informed that it was dispatched from Ahmedabad on Saturday. There has been absolutely no response even after raising a ticket.

@agarwalpacker can I get update on GCBNG252623892. Have called and emailed customer care multiple times without any clear resolution. Initially we were told it’s reached Kolkata instead of Bhubaneswar and now we are told it is in Bangalore and had not been dispatched.

@Utkala_Kalinga@airtelindia@DoT_India@TRAI It worked now after I changed my plan to postpaid and got a new physical SIM. Then I was able to convert that postpaid physical SIM to eSIM without any problem.
@Utkala_Kalinga@airtelindia@DoT_India@TRAI Yes, I’m planning to do that because I got very unreasonable response from them over Twitter DM. I don’t know how telling the customer that they’ll let them know in future is a potential solution.

Just throwing ideas here, do you think converting to a postpaid connection might help?
It’s a sad state of affairs that customers are trying to figure out solutions on their own with no help from Airtel.
