For the .2% of people that may have wondered how a toast can possibly wear a hat, the hats in Consumera are a lot thinner and more rectangular or oval shaped than in the real world. It's really that simple. There are also wider shapes for those that have toppings on their heads

Fun fact about this thumbnail: I was originally gonna add 3 swords and green hair to the toast in this thumbnail but the "hair" just looked super weird and the swords took up way too much space.
I suppose my man titties also aren't wide enough to compare to Zoro either lol
