I didn’t dress like a cowgirl — I dressed like me.
In celebration of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour and our 2nd wedding anniversary, I stepped into My Rose energy — deeply personal, unapologetically intentional.

I spent 24 hours crafting a headpiece rooted in who I am:
🧢 A white fitted Yankees cap, representing my NYC roots, adorned with red roses, silver stars, rhinestone appliqués, and three bee buttons for Beyoncé, Blue, and Rumi. 🐝🐝🐝
👟 I wore the Lost & Found Jordan 1s to ground my look in truth.
💍 My wedding denim jacket and a soft veil, echoing commitment — to love, to growth, to self.

Because I’m not just dressing up — I’m showing up.

The veil carries spiritual weight — a symbol of sacred transition, evolution, and devotion.
The rose is a protector and a portal. She blooms with elegance and defiance. Her thorns are proof that beauty has survived something.

🎶 “So be fond of your flaws, dear…”
My Rose wasn’t background music — it was a message.
It reminded me that in my 40th year, I’ve chosen to love myself in full bloom. Every flaw. Every petal. Every thorn.

This wasn’t just fashion — it was healing. A ceremony. A manifestation of my story, my softness, and my strength.
