@mariekehardy Thinking about it, he has obviously had lessons because the playing is rudimentary but in time and in tune and it's probably among the least horrible things he's done. While still being quite horrible.
Sounds of Australia is back! Ten new titles have been officially inducted into the NFSA's registry, including songs from @gotye, Renee Geyer and The Triffids. Read here to see if your favourite made the cut #SoundsOfAustralia https://t.co/6wJSgEBO4z
@DrownedinSound It's been a hell of a summer to be lying so low
Dogs and cats dropping down in the street
Yellow bellies crying trick or treat
And I say to you - it's been hell
@DrownedinSound And from this window I can see the street below
I can hear the hit parade on the radio
There's dirty dishes piling up in the sink
But it's too hot to move and it's too hot to think
I may drink something nice and listen to some favourite David McComb songs tonight, it being 22 years since we lost touch. I guess a few of you will do the same. Here’s some photos that I particularly like. He is an enduring presence in the hearts and minds of us who knew him. GL
