I'm going to say Real. The windows and the framing on roof rack have actual symmetry, and the striping along the side stays consistent and the stripes don't change place or meld into each other. The headlights are busted, but the holes for them are symmetrical and the same size on each side.

Either way, it's a lovely picture.
