When a news anchor uses a national news platform to settle personal scores with a YouTuber or critic, it raises a bigger question about the network itself. Journalism is meant to hold power accountable, not serve personal grudges.

History remembers journalists not by their ratings, but by their credibility. When future generations discuss media bias, propaganda, and the erosion of public trust, many of today's star anchors like Anjana Om Kashyap, Sudhir Chaudhary, Chitra Tripathi etc. may be remembered less for journalism and more for what they turned it into.

Harshita Brella was a young 24 ye old who had moved to the UK after marrying her husband in April 2024. She suffered months of abuse and when she reported him for domestic abuse, she was killed and left inside the boot of a car. The Nottinghamshire Police failed her.
