SR 0000041369314 false meter reading was registered in my bill, and I’m followingup with this since 3 weeks yet @MSEDCL closed ticket & asking me to pay the bill? In fact flat was vacant in till 15th june. @Navimumpolice technician uploaded dummy photo & added 21 units?
