@Marcodmeatball 100% agree, I am a pessimist (actually closer to nihilist) by nature but KH is one of those things that honestly breaks through that barrier, if you let it! And then it becomes one of the best experiences, and fondest memories, you'll have. Enjoy the rest of the series!
@AnimusStat24398@Grxit Why would you say "consumer" like it's a bad thing. If you want to buy the game, you're a consumer too, so isn't it in YOUR best interest to hear the opinion of others who feel the same? I'm not going to a restaurant and ask a vegan if the steak is good, after all.
@CohhCarnage One of the things I love the most are jumping puzzles (non-timed, it's supposed to be a relaxing time after all). I love exploring things on foot in games. Racing minigames (on foot or mount) are fun too, even if it's janky (as in, you can "cheat")
@Jeff_like_Feff The market is already collapsing, but they think AI will save them. When in reality it's already being proven, in real time, that AI actively makes workforces slower, dumber, less motivated, etc.
@NimraenArt It was obvious for the past 3 years or so. Shanks, Blackbeard, and Luffy are the holy trinity of pirates rn. We'll get "final battle" vs Blackbeard and then BOOM Shanks is there, but it's a friendly fight and Shanks smiles as Luffy beats him and can keep the Straw Hat and is King
@Rin_Vixen It's Jiraiya, no question. Ace is the only one who comes close, but the thing is that Jiraiya shaped the ENTIRE course of Naruto's story (both personal and overall), from before Naruto's birth. Ace is just a passenger in the story, Jiraiya was a damn bus driver.
@Miffo776@envinyon I don't really understand this take, can you explain why? The only difference between true turn-based and ATB is that time passes during turns, but almost all ATB games have a "Wait" mode where that's disabled. Both ATB and turn-based work off of a form of Speed, regardless.
@Kartoffel251@AerithsSeat I know you're kinda joking but it's not like the games are a money grab. Rebirth took me 200 hours to 100%, with 80% of that time being unique content that added something worthwhile or fun to the FF7 universe. The other 20% is me perfecting all of the piano songs...
@wanderjegson That's fine because that's not Frank, it's... Phranque! It's fine though, the modern audience loves names like this! Djaequilla from downtown can vouch for it! And so can X Γ A-Xii, Elon Musk's son!
@sahelmulachela@Septic_Sauce I assume if she's lying about it then Santa Monica Studios/Cory Barlog would issue a statement about that lol, wouldn't take long for them to see/hear that Alanah said this.
@itmeJP@maximilian_ It's a genius idea from Maximilian tbh, I actually switched over to watching him for these events just because of stuff like this. Adds some extra fun and excitement and community interaction. Nice to see you pick it up from him!
@SergioCollects@mexopolis I'm not sure what you define as AI art, can you give me an example? Unfortunately I agree with the idea that art is something that is human, creative, and emotional, and since AI is neither human nor has emotions it can never be "art". But I'm still intrigued nonetheless!
@SergioCollects@mexopolis Those digital tools you're talking about still require human creativity. Generative AI requires none of that, it just steals the imagery from a different artist which is an ACTUAL CRIME if you do it as a human btw, under copyright/IP law.
@MikeyMacDee@nullparse@Devon_Eriksen_ And by "even if they are the same number" I mean that they have the same numerical value. Unless it's stated that "x = 2" or "x = 5", assuming that that is the case is just plain wrong.
@MikeyMacDee@nullparse@Devon_Eriksen_ That's a really bad way of thinking for solving actual math-related problems. I understand why you're saying it though, and I suppose in this instance it works. But you should never tie two numbers to the same variable in an equation, even if they are the same number.
