Stop asking AI to make you feel better.
Ask it to make you see better.
The prompt that actually works:
“Here’s the mess in my head. What’s the real problem underneath all of this?”
Your brain at 2 a.m. is not looking for motivation.
It’s looking for clarity.
Dump everything you’re thinking into AI and ask:
“Separate what’s true, what’s fear, and what I can actually control tomorrow. Be ruthless.”
If your mind is loud at night, don’t ask AI for “motivation.”
Ask this:
“Here is what I’m thinking. Separate facts, fears, and things I can do tomorrow. Be blunt.”
Most people use AI to write faster.
That’s the wrong first use.
Use it to think.
Dump the mess in your head. Ask it to find the real problem. Then decide.
