Tyran Stokes🏀
6’7” | 230lbs | 7’0”Wingspan
Position: SF/PF
NBA Comp: Scottie Barnes
Tyran Stokes is a 17-year-old physical specimen, already boasting the size and frame of an NBA veteran.
He attacks downhill with the aggression and control of a pro, and his defensive instincts allow him to guard multiple positions at a high level.
Stokes is disruptive in passing lanes, a lockdown defender both in the post and on the perimeter. He has all the tools to become an All-NBA caliber presence on the defensive end.
An elite athlete with a nonstop motor, he can quite literally jump out of the gym, making him an exceptional finisher at the rim, already at an NBA level.
Offensively, he’s a capable passer with a strong feel for the game. He reads double-teams well, finds teammates in transition, and handles the ball impressively for his size. With continued work, his handle can become even tighter and more secure as he prepares for the next level.
The key areas for development are his shooting consistency and free throw percentage (currently around 55%). His shooting form is solid, but he sometimes lacks rhythm - likely a confidence issue that should improve with time and reps.
Tyran Stokes, you certainly are #UpNext
@WiredForSound__@Max1886AFC Burner account at your big age you think that’ll get you women?
Judging by your build you’re probably 5’6 and 120lbs anyway💀
@simplyballup@TeamLou23 @luka7doncic To this day I think this Luka performance is one of the best shot making and just overall performances of all time 🔥
@Jumpman_Germ@Bashworld2K IMO the ratings should be:
Mavs:
Kyrie 91
Klay 81
Flagg 80 (bc we haven’t seen him in nba yet)
AD 92
Gafford 83
Lakers:
Luka 96
Reaves 84
LeBron 93
Rui 79
Ayton 81
More floor spacing, lower usage rate, and better offensive schemes due to the team overall offense being a year further developed and from better offensive players playing this year - will all enable Wemby to lower the difficult shots you mentioned to a minimum and take more valuable ones
@reefrmdt@SpursCulture Feel like he’s going to have a lower usage as spurs are a better offensive unit this season, if I was to hazard a guess I’d say 3.3-4.1 is an accurate guesstimate for his assist.
He didn’t say best he said ‘most complete’
Flagg will probably come into the league averaging
16.5PTS
7.6REB
5.3AST
1.4STL
1.3BLK
Or something along those lines - which is a sign of a very complete player.
Wemby is very complete as well but naturally as a 7’5 big, his playmaking isn’t going to be as good as his other areas, where Flagg at 6’9 can be a good scorer, playmaker, rebounder, interior and perimeter defender as he’s in that golden height threshold from about 6’6-6’11 of wings that can do it all.
This is no hate on Wemby btw, I love the guy and think he’s got Goat potential.
