@ibn_youssouf_ Acceptable disagreement needs to be old, to the time of the salaf if the topic was present at their time. For example, if the salaf believed unanimously that those who say the Quran is creared are kuffar, no new ikhtilaf is considered valid. Shirk always existed, so this is null.
