In cases of suspicious or unnatural death, inquiry is now conducted under Section 194 of the BNSS , 2023. This empowers police to prepare inquest reports, record witness statements, and order post-mortem if needed. Earlier, this was governed by Section 174 of CrPC.

I also travelled in another #AirIndia flight (Bagdogra-Delhi) today. It was so smooth that I thanked the pilot (a senior Sikh gentleman) on landing.

2. Aeroplanes carrying 1 Lakh litre fuel are like massive live bombs. Develop large solar/battery/electric aircrafts.
