Obviously the fellowship hasn’t ended yet and I can’t speak to the end results,

but I think she’s* built a really beautiful social engineering container and it’s given me much much much to ponder

(alongside all of the hardworking people that work at and with the campus)*

I think @Aella_Girl in particular really won me over about this when she described her reasoning for throwing this event.

She wanted to create an environment for a cross pollination of ideas. She wanted to build a network of connections, focused on a specific directive.

She was plur building ! She may not see herself as a social engineering company, but she is surely engaging in the process of social engineering.

I think these terms are stigmatized in a way they shouldn’t be. Everyone socially engineers, on an individual level and collective.
