Issue resolved. Countless hours on hold, at least two service appointments, new modems, boosters, hundreds and hundreds of data overage charges and still, today, after the most recent tech visit, we can’t connect one device to our internet reliably for any length of time.

We continue to pay overage as well as for a service which you claim to be providing that we cannot reliably receive and no one seems to care. I am still waiting for a call back from someone at Telus after a 3 hour phone call/on hold session from last Tuesday or Wednesday. Beyond
