@Oliviayoung91 YES! Make it a point to do so. The sun gives you energy and vitamin D, which you're most likely lacking! Could be linked to your anxiety as well. Being Vitamin D deficient is no joke!
@Oliviayoung91 I'm pretty sure it's anxiety. That was happening to me for a while last year! It's stress induced. Try to relax and think positively. Everything will be okay! :) I'm here to talk if you need someone!❤️
