@B_REInvest It's amazing to me how backwards thinking that is. It's crazy AF out here people risking the roof over there head? No sir! I'm putting something on it. Explaining that the way my bank account is set up, I got a checking and a savings. Something. I'm not risking that.
@Lashette6502 I don't know you personally but you are coming off as a unreasonably selfish person. If we are "all in this together." There has to be give and take on both sides.
@KyngKG If you come at them with a fair deal like paying back rent over time with no additional penalty and they balk. You are within your right to do what you have to do.
@JasonEckenroth@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG I'm not under stress. Life has never been better Just dealing with the task at hand. It is what it is. Not the most fun few months for humanity as a whole but with the good comes the bad. This will pass like everything else.
@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG Landlords have a lot of power. They could evict you 72 hours after the late payment date. But most won't. You aren't making money and neither are they. When we get back on the grind, they aren't owed for doing their part? Are we in this together or no?
@Lashette6502@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG That "parasite" controls your fourth vmost essential need behind oxygen, water, food and shelter. Be trivial with those if you want.
@JasonEckenroth@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG You know what's getting paid? Both rents. Truck payment and whatever she needs for my family. You can't control the situation but you can control how YOU react to the situation.
@JasonEckenroth@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG That asset is a roof over your head. If we are in unstable economic times and you want to risk your basic essentials then that's on you. I'm paying two rents next month as I move my pregnant wife into a place closer to her family.
@LouisatheLast @bankrollblac @KyngKG I do believe we are all in the same situation. Let's not act like property owners and tenants aren't both experiencing the same hardship. The property owner has to show empathy and compassion for the situation but the tenants don't? Nope. It's a two way street.
