Then what you're really saying is he's not that great of a recruiter. Great recruiters, defy odds and are able to pull in recruits. If it's money that they are lacking then they sell their vision/playing time/culture/ development etc. Now if you're saying there is money issues and @CoachShephard is just a decent recruiter.....that's a recipe for disaster. #gobeavs

I know this was a complete failure on #gobeavs staff and I hope you will be able to forgive us. As fans, we are embarrassed and wish Lance the best in the future.
