NEVER USE @SouthwestAir @rocketmiles for hotel bookings. I paid for a reservation at Hampton Inn and upon calling to confirm, they were told none was found. Several delayed flights later, I finally arrived and the hotel confirmed no reservation found.

I then had to make a separate purchase in order to have a room to sleep in after a long day of traveling. This means I had to pay TWICE for the room. Now southwest is placing blame on the hotel and refusing refund stating I was a “No Show” (incorrect as there was no res showing)

DO NOT USE SOUTHWEST HOTES 3rd PARTY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Basically… southwest stole almost $400 and neglected to provide the service . They are now blaming the hotel. Myself and the hotel held up our end. @SouthwestAir should be ashamed as well as @rocketmiles as they basically pocketed $400 for a service not provided.
