@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE because of all this we lost thousands of euros with Lufthansa! I’ve tried calling, emailing but no reply from your end! We are simple middle class people who have lost so much money because of the airline’s carelessness! (4)

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE I was even able to bid on the return flight from Delhi to Malta which made us believe our return flight was secure. One day before when we tried to check in we found out our flight was cancelled and we had to book yet another set of flights! (3)

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE We had also upgraded these flights to premium economy so we not only lost our one way flight to New Delhi but also the money for the upgrade! I specifically contacted Lufthansa and requested not to cancel our return flight to Malta (2)

@lufthansa @Lufthansa_DE my husband and I had booked a return trip with you from Malta to New Delhi from 15th October until 12th November. No email or update was sent to us that a RT PCR test is required to enter India due to which we were not able to board the flight (1)
