A group of B.B. Coke students have been commended by Prime Minister Andrew Holness for their act of heroism in assisting their unconscious colleague to receive treatment last Thursday.

The injured student was reportedly assaulted by a schoolmate over an incident involving a shoe.

The boys were given official citations by the prime minister. They were also given laptops during a meeting that was attended by Minister of Education Fayval Williams and the new Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Youth, Dr. Kasan Troupe.
